Orders & Payments

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver orders within Pakistan.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.

• Once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• The product must not have any signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alteration.
